THE PROBLEM WITH MOST SHORT COURSES.
A Certificate May Help You Reach the Interview. Understanding Helps You Perform After You Are Hired.
Many programs teach scripted loads, fixed call examples and basic software steps. That may help a student repeat a classroom exercise but it can leave them lost when the customer, equipment, schedule, rate, company process or real-world problem changes.
OTHERS
Scripted, Software-Focused Training
Follow the example
-
Memorize a few load scenarios
-
Learn where to click
-
Repeat a fixed phone script
-
Receive a certificate after attendance
-
Feel uncertain when the situation changes
THE ARK DIFFERENCE
Industry Understanding and Practical Judgment
Understand the operation
-
Understand why each step is required.
-
Recognize missing or conflicting information.
-
Handle changing operational conditions.
-
Connect dispatch, brokerage, customer service and sales.
-
Apply the fundamentals across different employers and systems.
THE ARK DIFFERENCE
Software Shows You the Information.
Professional Judgment Tells You What to Do With It.
A load board can display freight. A mileage tool can calculate distance. A TMS can store shipment information. None of them can decide whether the equipment fits, the schedule works, the rate makes sense or the customer’s commitment can realistically be met.
